Sit and meditate for as long as you choose. Use music or not. Focus on your breath or not. Focus on chakras, gaze at a yantra, or not.
After you meditate sit quietly for 3 minutes and write in your journal. Free Writing is JUST that. You give your Self the freedom to write whatever comes through as spontaneous in the moment.
